Book Review:
This book was alright. The concept was cool it just didn’t wow me. Somewhat predictable, and overall it was just an average thriller book in my opinion. I don’t really understand why it’s praised so much.

Quotes:
“The blame game could make you lose your mind… all the infinitesimal outcomes, each path breaking up into a million other paths every time you heedlessly close one, taking you on a journey that you’d never find your way back from.”
“She was both a romantic and a realist, which in many ways was the perfect combination.”

Spoilers:
I did like the swap between 1st, 2nd and 3rd person. I just think that some things were either random or left unanswered. For example, what’s with the hamsters? I don’t really get the relevance. Also, where was Kate (SJ’s mom) throughout all of this? Why was Jake so irrelevant? I do like that it ended with closure for Hannah and Laurel though.
